Refunds & Returns Policy

This Refunds & Returns Policy applies to all purchases made through TheBibleTraveller.com, whether in Australia or internationally.

We are committed to fair and transparent practices. For Australian customers, your rights are protected under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). For international customers, we extend the same commitments so you can shop with confidence, knowing you’ll receive a fair remedy if something goes wrong.

  1. Your Rights
  • Australian Customers: Under the ACL, you are entitled to a remedy if the products or services you purchase are faulty, not as described, or fail to meet consumer guarantees. Depending on the situation, remedies may include a refund, replacement, repair, or resupply of services.
  • International Customers: While the ACL does not apply outside Australia, we voluntarily extend the same principles to our international customers. This means you are entitled to a fair remedy if your purchase is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
  1. Change of Mind

Please choose carefully. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits if you change your mind or select the wrong product. This applies to all purchases worldwide, including courses, digital downloads, books, and coaching services.

  1. Digital Products (eBooks, Guides, Courses)
  • Digital products are delivered electronically and are considered “used” once accessed or downloaded.
  • Refunds are not available for digital products unless required under the ACL or our voluntary commitments (e.g., if the file is faulty, corrupted, or not as described).
  • If you experience technical issues, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the problem.
  1. Physical Products (Books, Printed Materials)
  • If your book or physical product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 14 days of delivery.
  • We may request photos of the issue to assist with processing your claim.
  • Where eligible, we will provide a replacement, repair, or refund.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition (unless faulty) for a refund or replacement to be processed.
  1. Coaching Services
  • Coaching services are non-refundable once delivered.
  • If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited at our discretion.
  • If a coaching service is not provided with due care and skill, or as described, you may be entitled to a remedy under the ACL (for Australians) or under our equivalent voluntary commitments (for international customers).
